PREPARATION FOR CLASSES


  • Pre-registration not required. No need to call in advance.
  • New students and beginners are welcome to any classes.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to register and get changed.
  • Bring a large bath towel, a bottle of water and a smile.
  • Come with an empty stomach and an open mind.
  • Classes are 90 minutes and done in a hot room so come well hydrated and ready to sweat!
